Your kit will be fine out of the fridge for a day or two if gifting or while in transit. Our King Oyster Mushroom Kit is a great introduction to growing this incredible mushroom and are easy to grow. They have a classic mushroom flavour and are brilliantly versatile in all areas of cooking. Keep your kit in a light and airy spot where youll remember to mist it a couple of times per day and watch it grow. These mushrooms dont need to be grown in the dark kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect room giving them the right light and temperature to thrive. Expect to harvest at least 200-250g.These are culinary mushrooms and have no known hallucinogenic properties. For best results, your kit will need to be opened within 3 days of receipt. Alternatively, they can be stored in the fridge but must be used within one month. A full set of instructions can be found inside your kit bag. The outer bag and substate block can be composted or disposed of along with your normal food waste.
