General description Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 is a versatile primer-sealer and stain killer, designed for both interior and exterior metal surfaces. It is rust inhibitive, making it ideal for new metal, and it effectively resists flash rusting in its wet state, providing long-lasting rust resistance. This primer dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film, making it perfect for painting iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanized gutters. Technical specifications Volume: 2.5 Litre Coverage: 10m² per Litre Touch dry: 35 minutes Hard dry: 7 days Recoatable: 1 hour Thinning: Add 10% clean water and stir thoroughly Usage Ideal for new metal surfaces Seals stains, graffiti, and tannin bleed Mould and mildew resistant film Can be tinted to mid-tone colours to reduce the need for a topcoat Other information Available in 500ml, 1 Litre, 2.5 Litre, and 5 Litre sizes Note: Thinning the primer may affect its stain blocking properties
