General description Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus is a universal water-based primer, sealer, and stain killer, ideal for both interior and exterior painting projects. It is rust inhibitive, making it perfect for new metal surfaces, and it resists flash rusting in its wet state, providing long-lasting rust resistance. This product dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film, suitable for various metal surfaces including iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanised gutters. Additionally, it is mould and mildew-resistant, making it an excellent choice for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms.
