General description With these compresses, you can effectively help relieve pain in the back and shoulder area. Depending on your needs, the gel packs can be cooled in the freezer or heated in the microwave or a water bath. They can be used as a cooling pad to help with sprains, bruises, or after back and shoulder surgery. Additionally, warming the gel packs provides relief for menstrual, abdominal, and back pain. Thanks to the hook and loop fastener, the cooling pads can be fixed securely.
