The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is planning on instituting the newest version of its futuristic urban infrastructure management system, J-ctOS 2.0, and Inspector Goda Gordan and hacker activist group DEDSEC must expose the underbelly before it's too late.Alongside a yakuza-hired fixer named Yamanoi, Goda and SSB come up with a plan to exchange Yamanoi's life for the vital information needed to expose Blume, the government, and the harm that J-ctOS 2.0 will cause.The only issue is that Blume Japan is willing to do just about anything to keep that from happening.
