General description Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 is a rust inhibitive primer-sealer and stain killer, ideal for new metal surfaces. It resists flash rusting in its wet state and provides long-lasting rust resistance. This primer dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film, making it perfect for various applications including painting iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanized gutters, suitable for both interior and exterior use.
