Designed, manufactured and assembled in the UK by John Guest Speedfit, this plastic angle service valve with a tap connector is used for the connection of plastic and copper pipes. It allows the user to stop the flow of water to a tap in case of emergencies or repairs via a 1/4 turn of a screw on the valve. To use this, simply push the valve fully on to the pipe and connect the tap connection to the thread. Should the need arise to demount the pipe simply push the collet towards the body of the fitting and pull the pipe to release. It can also be installed with a copper tube without the need for conversion adaptors.
