This emergency kill switch connects directly to the ground of the outboard motor and includes a lanyard that can be worn around the wrist or over clothing. In the event of an accident, pulling the lanyard will stop the engine, ensuring safety while operating the boat. Technical specifications Material: ABS Color: Black + Red Package includes: 4 x Emergency Stop Switch, 4 x Safety Tether Measurement allowed error: +/- 1-3 cm Usage The switch operates in an open and closed circuit when activated by pulling the lanyard. It can also be activated by pressing the red button. If there is no spark in the outboard motor's ignition system, the existing switch may be faulty or stuck in the off position and should be replaced.
